Oregon Live – Grant Butler

“Katie Sullivan Morford is a big believer that breakfast really is the most-important meal of the day for children and teens, particularly on busy school mornings. “All of our meal choices are important, but the thing about breakfast is we’ve gone 12 hours without eating anything, and these kids are rolling into classrooms and need to focus,” Morford says. “They need to feed not just their bodies, but their brains.” Morford has three teenage daughters, ranging in age from 13 to 18, so she’s experienced many of the challenges parents face with back-to-school breakfasts.”(more)
