Can we continue to provide less and less yet ask schools for more and more?

“One of my questions to presenters at an education symposium Friday was what three things the Georgia Legislature had done in the last few years that helped education and what had hurt it. Herb Garrett of Georgia School Superintendents Association paused for a moment before responding: ‘The road to hell is paved with good intentions. I think there have been some good intentions.
