They’re trying to figure out how to better use the rich data they’re increasingly capturing about their students and how to improve our collective understanding of the impact of analytics on teaching and learning. At the University of Michigan, more than 100 learning analytics scholars from around the world met earlier this summer for the third annual Learning Analytics Summer Institute (LASI).
