Kindergarten Enrollment Fell Last Year. Now Schools Wonder How Many Kids Are Coming

“Elia Garrison was already considering holding her son Dominic back from starting kindergarten before the pandemic hit in 2020. Coronavirus, she says, cemented that choice.
