Outside the Box – Juliann Talkington

On Thursday, the Panama City Renaissance School students celebrated Chinese New Year, a traditional holiday that marks the beginning of the lunar calendar. It is considered one of the most important holidays for Chinese families. For the holiday, families clean house, decorate with signs and posters and eat with relatives. At the PCRS, the students celebrated the holiday by making traditional Chinese crafts and singing Chinese songs.
