“Teens need to learn soft skills to not only be able to successfully enter the workforce but to have successful relationships with others. This is because these skills are a direct reflection of a person’s character. And while everyone agrees that soft skills are important to have, not all agree that training needs to be done to be effective with them. As such, many teens try to get hired in a professional environment not knowing what is expected of them or cannot effectively build long-lasting personal relationships. But by teaching teens soft skills they need to know, these hiccups in both personal and professional environments happen far less often.” (more)
