“A new study has found that art activities can improve self-control impulses in teenagers. Teenagers may look like they have the world at their feet, and they wouldn’t possibly understand the struggles and pressure that the rest of us are facing, but that may be because we have forgotten what it was like when we were a teenager. They are trying to navigate a tricky life, they are trying to balance their school life, a part-time job, and social life and this can all add up.
