‘We’re not food advocates,’ he said. ‘We heard about this Organic Food Project in Chicago and thought it would be interesting to follow for a year.
But as got into it, we realized it wasn’t yielding answers to the questions we were asking: Why is it so hard to do something so obvious? It’s obvious we should feed kids better food. But it’s not so obvious what the right thing to do is.'”(more)
