“When it comes to shy teens, most people automatically think of teen girls facing declining self-confidence that causes them to be shy. But just as teen girls can be shy, so can teen boys. In order for teen boys to build their confidence, they need to be willing to change, they need to be willing to put themselves out there and maybe even get a bit uncomfortable in the process. Once this is done several times, however, the discomfort lessens and teen boys find themselves in different social situations they may never have imagined they would be in.
