“Raising kids in 2020 is far more difficult than any of us ever imagined it would be. Screen time is prevalent, but for different reasons than usual. It’s now increased drastically due to the prevalence of online schooling. This now means that young children are glued to their screens for the purpose of online schooling, yet they’re also forced to ‘socialize’ using technology as well, thanks to the quarantine and lockdown measures in place. As they rely on technology more and more each day, and parents are forced to do the same, it’s no wonder that we’ve become slaves to the devices we use.” (more)
