“As an entrepreneur and a leader of multiple businesses with two undergraduate degrees and an MBA, I am often asked about the correlation between success in the classroom and success in the world of business. When speaking to audiences on college campuses, in high schools and at businesses that happen to consist of parents of high school and college-aged students, a common area of interest I hear is whether and how the skills learned in higher education help when you are trying to navigate your way up the workforce.
