“Much as we commend and celebrate her for making our dear country proud, we cannot but lament the deplorable level to which the nation’s education system has sunk over the past four decades. From infrastructural decay, through lack of qualified teachers, laboratory equipment and chemicals, inadequate libraries and reference materials, there are clear and present dangers for the education of our children.”(more)
