“During the Covid-19 pandemic, hundreds of millions of students and teachers adapted to online learning on the fly. Some families with multiple kids had to buy new computers, even as the parents were losing their jobs. Administrators created new class timetables. Parents stayed home to supervise. They helped figure out where to upload the homework and why the Zoom link wasn’t working. Most slowly got the hang of it, and some even found online learning to be a breath of fresh air.” (more)
