ChildUp – John ChildUup

“If we want a better future for our children, there is much we can and must do. We have over-programmed our children so that they have little idle time, and when they do have idle time they have not realized that reading, contemplating and simple crafts are inexpensive alternatives to watching television, playing video games, texting or surfing on the Web. The mind cannot be developed without mental exertion no more than the body can be developed without physical exertion. For children to recognize the importance of studying, they need reinforcement from their parents as their parents give of themselves and work with their children when they need help and direction.”(more)
