“Las Palmas Elementary School in San Clemente will host an informational meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday to tell parents about the Capistrano Unified School District’s two-way language immersion program. Students from across grade levels will share their experiences learning in both Spanish and English. Parents will be able to ask questions.
