“A few moments of mindfulness can help people to release stress, to focus and to feel better. So, now, students and teachers in a Georgia school district are taking breaks to do a few breathing exercises. Teachers have found that the moments have created positive impacts throughout the day, from better self-control and less aggression, to boosted self-confidence.
