“A study recently conducted in Finland, ended with the conclusion that being physically active could help to make boys smarter. The study included 153 boys and girls, which observed how much time they spent sitting and being idle versus running around. What they discovered was a positive correlation between free time, dedicated to playing for boys, and their ability to excel in reading and math. The less time the boys, who were studied, played, the more these two subjects suffered. In turn, the more time they had to play, the better they performed.” (more)
