“A Welsh university is planning to offer the first British joint degree in law and Mandarin. Bangor University’s School of Law has announced a partnership with the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing that will establish a Confucius Institute. The aim is to promote a better understanding of Chinese culture “with a law flavour”, says the head of Bangor’s law school, Prof Dermot Cahill.”(more)
