“It seems that every aspect of the pandemic has played a part in robbing our children of play time. Kids that are home have been isolated from their peers and have had decreased amounts of playtime. Parents are juggling the art of working from home while tending to the needs of their children, often relying on screens to keep their kids entertained. Now that there’s an opportunity on the horizon for kids to return to school, it sadly seems as though they will be robbed of their playtime yet again. Social distancing measures are restricting the amount of interaction between children, and in some cases, recess is being c canceled altogether.” (more)
