“Having your child actively participate in the arts might be more important to some parents than others, but just taking a moment to step back and think about how having your child actively engage in their own creativity, can’t be a bad thing for any parent. Being creative can show up in so many different forms as well. For one child, it could mean the visual arts, as in painting or drawing, where for others, it could mean music or participating in singing or drama class. And there are always those kids who love to take pen to paper (or computer), and write out all of that great imagination in storytelling.” (more)
